1. Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Products must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Items such as innerwear, swimwear, and accessories (e.g., jewelry) are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process:

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Exchanges:

  • Items can be exchanged for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.

  • To exchange, follow the return process and mention the product you wish to exchange for.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • In case of partial returns from a multi-item order, only the returned items will be refunded.

2. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

  • Free shipping is available for orders over INR 2000 within India.

  • Orders below INR 2000 are subject to a standard shipping fee of INR 100.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional charge.

International Shipping:

  • We offer worldwide shipping. Rates are calculated based on the destination country at checkout.

  • Import duties, taxes, and other fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Delays:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances once the package has been handed over to the courier.

3. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may have already started processing your order.

  • If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at support@hochmode.com.

Failed Deliveries:

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, a restocking fee of INR 250 may apply, and the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

4. Payment Options

We offer secure payment methods, including:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

  • UPI: Unified Payments Interface for seamless transactions.

  • Digital Wallets: Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, etc.

  • Net Banking: From major Indian banks.

All transactions are processed in INR. International customers can pay with their local currency, and the amount will be converted automatically at checkout.
